The process supports group or family bookings of up to 14 people (9 adults and 5 minors).
While the average processing time is approximately 24 hours, Webook advises travelers to
book at least 48 hours before departure. Visa issuance is not guaranteed upon booking and remains subject to review by Saudi authorities. Applicants must possess a passport with at least six months of validity. It is explicitly noted that this is a tourist entry route and does not constitute a work or employment visa; unauthorized employment while on this visa is prohibited. Following approval, the eVisa will be sent via email and available in the Webook app. Travelers are encouraged to review cancellation policies and ensure that all documentation matches their travel details, as errors can lead to application rejection.
