The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai has officially taken its website offline for system maintenance. This sudden unavailability means that thousands of Filipinos and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) can no longer rely on the primary site to schedule essential services such as passport renewals, notary requests, marriage registrations, or visa applications.
To ensure services continue without major disruption, the Consulate has released a set of direct booking links and alternative contact methods via its official Facebook page. Residents are urged to use these specific portals rather than attempting to access the main website.
Essential Alternative Booking Portals
Depending on the service required, users must navigate to the following dedicated channels:
- Notarial, Authentication, Civil Registry (Birth Reports), and Marriage Reports: Use the TimeTap portals.
- Consulate Marriages and Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage: Access the dedicated marriage portal.
- Visa Services: Contact the Consulate via their dedicated email address.
- Affidavit of Support and Guarantee (ASG): Complete the online pre-assessment link.
Critical Updates for Passport Services
Following the closure of VFS e-Passport renewal centers in July 2026, all passport-related applications must now be processed directly through the Dubai Consulate or the Abu Dhabi Embassy. For specific inquiries, please use the following email addresses:

Strict No-Walk-In Policy and Exceptions

- Pregnant women
- Domestic workers
- Children aged 7 years or younger
- Death reports
