Project Details and Upgrade Work

The work includes widening 18 November Street to three lanes, building flyovers and underpasses, and turning roundabouts into signal-controlled intersections. STRABAG Oman holds the contract for the 8.7-kilometer upgrade. The project has a completion time of 30 months that started in January 2026.
