Four Indian expatriates living across the Gulf have struck gold, each walking away with a massive 200-gram, 24-carat gold bar following the latest Big Ticket Abu Dhabi raffle.
The third weekly electronic draw, which took place on Monday, October 26, saw the winners receive prizes valued at approximately Dh96,500 (roughly Rs 23-25 lakh) each.
Meet the Lucky Winners
The winners represent a diverse group of professionals from the Indian community residing in the region, spanning various industries and locations:
- Aruna Krishnappa Kidiyoor: A 45-year-old office assistant who has been a resident of Bahrain for 23 years. Having only started participating regularly four months ago, Kidiyoor expressed immense surprise at the win and encouraged others to remain persistent in their pursuits.
- Jijoy Viswan: A 51-year-old worker in the contracting industry based in Sharjah. Originally from Kerala, he has been living in the region since 2007.
- Sadathulla Sharief: A 51-year-old civil engineer from Bengaluru, currently residing in Dubai.
- Manisha Harshal Kasat: A 30-year-old freelancer from Mumbai living in Sharjah, who has been a dedicated participant in the draws for the past three years.
