Houthi drone and ballistic missile strikes targeting several cities in southern Saudi Arabia have resulted in injuries to Indian expatriates. The attacks, which were officially confirmed on September 21, 2026, impacted various locations, including Khamis Mushait, Abha, Taif, and Jazan.
