The camp in Tabuk is located at the VFS Centre in Tabuk, while the Najran camp is situated at the VFS Centre in Najran. Following today's events, an additional consular camp is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the VFS Centre in Abha, operating during the same hours of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. VFS Global emphasizes that applicants must complete the Government of India's online passport portal form to obtain an Application Reference Number (ARN) before attending the camp, as physical submission of the application and supporting documents at the center is mandatory. Applicants are strictly advised to verify their appointment confirmation status via the VFS portal prior to arrival. Due to high demand and limited time at mobile sites, arrivals without a confirmed slot are discouraged. Participants must bring their appointment letter, the printed application form, a valid passport, Iqama documents, and all necessary original documents along with photocopies.
