GCC Unified Tourist Visa Launching Soon to Make Travel Easy

The Gulf Cooperation Council is getting ready to launch the Unified Tourist Visa very soon. This visa will make it much easier for visitors to travel across all six member nations including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

Impact on Travelers and Expatriates

The unified visa could help Indian travelers and expats living in the Gulf to move easily between cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Manama, Kuwait City, and Muscat. However, no specific rules for Indian passport holders are shared yet. This is strictly a tourist visa and it does not replace work permits, residence permits, or normal labor and residency laws in the countries.

Travelers must stay away from scams, social media ads, and unofficial websites that say the visa is ready or offer guaranteed approvals. Everyone should keep using current country-specific visa rules until the GCC or immigration authorities announce the real application channel.
