Great Amenities for Workers
The facility offers several amenities for freelancers, remote workers, content creators, and small business owners, including air-conditioned cabins, hot desks, meeting rooms, event spaces, a podcast studio, and high-speed Wi-Fi with power connectivity. Bookings for these spaces and the on-site cafe can be managed through the Letswork mobile application. The park operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, with free entry to the park itself.
Partnerships and Future Plans
The modular units are constructed by the DuBox team at Group AMANA and assembled on-site, while the operation is managed by Letswork. Bader Anwahi, CEO of the Public Facilities Agency at Dubai Municipality, stated that the goal is to transform parks into modern urban spaces that integrate economic activity. Omar AlMheiri, co-founder of Letswork, noted that the model aims to disrupt traditional office patterns by providing creative workspaces. Future expansion of this model is planned under the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the D33 Economic Agenda.
Midday Work Ban Concludes
In separate local developments, the UAE's mandatory midday work ban, which restricted outdoor labor from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM between June 15 and September 15, has concluded. As of today, outdoor work may resume, though companies are still required to provide shade, drinking water, and rest facilities for employees.
