Construction and trade roles include Driver (AED 1,800–2,100, requiring a UAE license), Construction Electrician (AED 1,300–1,600), Scaffolder (AED 1,200–1,500), Welder (AED 1,800), Mason (AED 1,500), Shuttering Carpenter (AED 1,500), Furniture Carpenter (AED 1,500), Steel Fixer (AED 1,500), and Wall Painter (AED 1,500).
Experience requirements vary by role: seven years for Mechanical Engineers, five years for Biomedical/Chiller Technicians, and four years for HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical Engineer, MEP Supervisor, Construction Electrician, Scaffolder, Welder, and Construction Engineer (GCC experience).
